Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., so we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.
- SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of our Cozumel Vacation Villas (inside the rooms and outside the courtyard by the pool).
- CANCELLATION
As Cozumel villas for rent, we need ample notice of cancellation. If a cancellation is not received 30 days in advance, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
- visitors
No visitors are allowed. Only registered individuals who check in together are authorized to be on the Cozumel villa rental property. We kindly request that you avoid inviting friends, family, masseuses, or other service providers to visit the villa.
- PETS
Although we are pet-friendly, we do not accept pets. All pets are prohibited on the property of our Cozumel Villa Rentals.
