Excellent accommodations within walking distance of El Centro. The room was spacious with all the essentials, including a mini fridge, coffee maker, delicious coffee and water provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view was a great way to start and end the day! Greg and Silvia were gracious host, providing recommendations and available to answer any questions. I highly recommend Stingray Villa!

Great location! Greg greeted us and provided food/island information. It was nice to come back to nice room with good AC, comfy bed, and nice working shower. We were also able to relax in the pool after a long hot day. Definitely will try to book here again next time, I’m recommending it to friends.

Great place to stay on island. Greg and Silvia are awesome, dedicated hosts. Room was spacious and clean. Large and cozy king size bed. Common area and pool was nice and clean. Hosts provided complimentary coffee and water. It would be great to have a kettle, so that people who don’t drink coffee, as myself, can enjoy tea 🙂 Neighborhood was quiet. Other guests of the villa were following the rules and after 21:00 you can enjoy silence and go to bed early. We have found a few good vegetarian restaurants and local produce market in about 10 min walk. There’s no parking on the private territory, so if you rented a scooter, you have to park it on the street (which is very risky, it would be stolen overnight). We have returned ours to the rental property and picked it up in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying at Stingray Villa)

Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., so we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of our Cozumel Vacation Villas (inside the rooms and outside the courtyard by the pool).

As Cozumel villas for rent, we need ample notice of cancellation. If a cancellation is not received 30 days in advance, you will be charged for the entire reservation.

No visitors are allowed. Only registered individuals checked in together are authorized to be on the Cozumel villa rental property. We kindly request that you avoid inviting friends, family, masseuses, or other service providers to visit the villa.

Although we are pet-friendly, we do not accept pets. All pets are prohibited on the property.
