Yes! Our downtown Cozumel guest house is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) of major dive shops and snorkeling tour operators. We’re centrally located for easy access to boat pick-ups for diving excursions to Palancar Reef, Paradise Reef, and other famous Cozumel dive sites.

How do I book direct and save money?

Is the guest house family-friendly?
Stingray Villa is designed exclusively for adults (18+). We don’t allow children or visitors to ensure a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for our couples and diving guests. If you’re looking for a family-friendly option in Cozumel, we’re happy to recommend other properties.
How far is Stingray Villa from the ferry terminal?
We’re just a 5-minute walk (approximately 400 meters) from the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal in downtown San Miguel de Cozumel. This makes it easy for guests arriving from Playa del Carmen or returning from day trips to the mainland.
Policies
- CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., so we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.
- SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of our Cozumel Guest Houses (inside the rooms and outside the courtyard by the pool).
- CANCELLATION
As a Cozumel guest house, we need ample notice of cancellation. If a cancellation is not received 30 days in advance, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
- visitors
No visitors are allowed. Only registered individuals who check in together are authorized to be on the Cozumel guest house property. We kindly request that you avoid inviting friends, family, masseuses, or other service providers to visit the villa.
- PETS
Although we are pet-friendly, we do not accept pets. All pets are prohibited on the property of our Cozumel Guest House.
- CHILDREN
Our Cozumel, Mexico, Guest House is designed for the comfort and relaxation of adults.
