I poured my coffee this morning. It is a rich organic Chiapas blend that we always keep stocked for our guests. While watching the sun peek over our downtown Cozumel courtyard, I thought about why we actually built Stingray Villa.

- CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will store your luggage until your room is ready. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., so we have sufficient time to prepare the rooms for incoming guests.
- SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of our Cozumel Guest Houses (inside the rooms and outside the courtyard by the pool).
- CANCELLATION
As a Cozumel guest house, we need ample notice of cancellation. If a cancellation is not received 30 days in advance, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
- visitors
No visitors are allowed. Only registered individuals who check in together are authorized to be on the Cozumel guest house property. We kindly request that you avoid inviting friends, family, masseuses, or other service providers to visit the villa.
- PETS
Although we are pet-friendly, we do not accept pets. All pets are prohibited on the property of our Cozumel Guest House.
- CHILDREN
