Relaxing Airbnb in Downtown Cozumel

What's not to love about Stingray Villa We just arrived home from our 2nd visit to Stingray Villa. We enjoyed our first stay at the Villa in 2020. Stingray Villa is located in the center of where you want to be in San Miguel. It has less passing traffic and better parking than you will find in most of the town and if your walking (like us) it's right in the middle of everyplace you want to go. Of course taxi's are easy and inexpensive anywhere in town. When you walk through the door and into the public space you'll immediately notice the compound is incredibly secure and the pool and patio are surrounded by potted plantings creating a great atmosphere in which to lounge, sun bath, or take a dip. Because of the limited occupancy, this area is never crowded and more times than not you have the pool to yourself. The room is huge, well furnished, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully outfitted. If you have been to Cozumel before, you know that chasing around for drinking water is a hassle, here you don't, and you won't find better coffee. Your hosts are like the good neighbor you left watching the house and shoveling the walk at home. They just make your get away better. Now back home after eight wonderful weeks in Cozumel, I can honestly say we could not have stayed at a more comfortable and enjoyable location. Exactly the best accommodations in town. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice way to cool off after the day. It is in convenient location, close to the waterfront and lots of good restaurants. Greg and Sylvia are very kind and will help you with anything you need.

Room was extremely clean, with great amenities. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. Location was close enough to walk to the shoreline in 5-10 minutes, but far enough inland that you would not be bothered by cruise ship traffic and vendors if you didn't want to be. Lots of great food within a short walk!
